Iconveyancing was established in 1999 gradually developing into a property law specialist practice throughout the states of Australia.

We have had carriage of transactions on both sides of the coin, handling developments on the vendors side of the transaction to the everyday residential purchaser transaction. We have experienced the property boom times in NSW, Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland. We have witnessed many changes in the area of property law. NSW in particular has now reached the stage of ‘econveyancing’ whereby the electronic world is taking over the paper trail of conveyancing.

At iconveyancing we aim to make your conveyancing process as easy and as simple as possible. We believe we are the specialised property service one needs when going through a stressful time of moving home or finding a new home.

Although we aim to predominantly exist as an online conveyancing platform, as at todays date our experts are always on hand to walk you through the process. We keep you updated by email throughout the entire transaction.
